[Presenter] Several explosions were heard last night in Mogadishu, the explosions scared Mogadishu residents. Our reporter Awey Fodey is in one of areas hit by explosions last night where a group of the militia attacked Radio Banaadir and Hotel Banaadir in the Shibis village [Mogadishu]. Our reporter Awey fodey who is in that area has joined us live over phone. Do you hear me Aweys? [Awey Fodey] Yes very well, Mohammad Osman. [Presenter] Awey tell us about the attacks carried out by the armed group at the Radio Banaadir and Hotel Banaadir at the Shibis village. [Aweys] Thank you, an armed group attacked the Radio Banaadir station in the Shibis Village, where I am now inside the compound of the station, the attack was also extended to the Hotel Banaadir which is neighbouring the Radio station. The shrapnel that resulted from the attacks using bazooka rockets on the radio can be seen in the compound. Three Bazooka rockets were fired at the radio station. Shrapnel and wreckage can still be seen at the gate of the station. A vehicle packed at the compound of the station was also damaged where its windows were smashed. Some of the police officers are guarding the radio and Hotel Banaadir now.
