It contains some general information, legally required and recommended vaccines for different countries, reciprocal health agreements and an E111 application form for travel 'insurance' in other countries in the European Union

Especially useful health guide for volunteers and long-term expatriates working overseas.

Traveller's Health - How to stay healthy abroad. Dawood (2002). OUP.
Very comprehensive - but may be a bit too detailed for most.

Bugs, Bites and Bowels - Howarth (1995). - basic, common sense stuff.
